Tim Feathers is a technology lawyer with the law firm of Stinson Morrison Hecker. He has been advising technology-based businesses for fifteen years. His practice has an emphasis in the areas of software, technology, intellectual property law, business law, outsourcing and e-Commerce and includes counseling clients and negotiating a broad range of business relationships in these areas. Tim is a frequent speaker and author on these topics as well.
Steve Cosentino is also a member of the Stinson Morrison Hecker Intellectual Property & Technology Division. He provides document drafting, negotiation and general legal advice for a wide range of firm clients. Steve's primary focus is on technology related transactions, with an emphasis on software licensing, application service provider transactions, outsourcing, online privacy and Internet related laws.
