Setback for Google's AdWord Program
In a rare and perhaps temporary setback for Google, a federal district court judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit challenging Google's AdWords program. Google has already prevailed in similar cases brought by GEICO and Rescue.com. CNet article here. Goldman's summary here.
